Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state has tested positive for Coronavirus. He announced this on Twitter this evening. He becomes the third Nigerian governor to test positive for the virus after Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state and Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state.
