What is love?

Overtime, people have been trying to get get a true definition of this concept but it seems like there is always a deeper meaning to it.


According to Merriam Webster, love is a quality or feeling of strong or constant affection for and dedication to another .
 It is also an attraction based on sexual desire : the strong affection and tenderness felt by lovers. But does these definitions fully define love ? 

Love , from the view point of some people varies significantly. Some say it's a deep feeling ,some say it's a conscious effort,  some say it doesn't exist, some say it is a force that makes one stop thinking with the head, some say true love can only be seen in fiction,

Love is Kind , Love is patient. Yes, we hear this all the time. But what exactly is true love? Love is the feeling of genuine affection for someone or something.Love they say is blind, but is it really?You have to see what you’re falling in love with .I really dont believe in that concept. I believe love knows what it wants.Love knows its time.Love cannot be stopped.You cant stop loving someone you genuinely loved, you only have to find someone you love more than you loved the previous one.Love is sweet when it is real and reciprocated.I think this is the reason why it is one of the driving force of planet Earth today. We all want to fall in love and be lovedWe want to feel special because its really a great thing, to find someone who accepts you for who you are, someone who doesn’t judge you, to find happiness, true friendship.Yes,that’s another thing to talk about, TRUE FRIENDDHIP.You shouldnt be in love with someone who isnt a friend to you.Thats a very grave mistake. The basis of love is admiration and true friendship.With that said, we can move on, then?Definitely, we’ve all fallen for this thing called infatuation. I’d call it the cousin of love.You think you’re In love but later, it turns out you weren’t because you find out you can totally live without that person, in the sense that you can cut off communication and still be fine with it.Do not be quick to assume you’re in love, like i said earlier, love knows its time. Just as time is constant, Love is constant too.There’s another funny thing about Love, we dont like  to accept .Why does everyone believe theres a prince charming for them or a perfect woman?Love is rare, and we should learn to accept that if you dont find it , it doesnt mean you’re not worth being loved, it doesnt mean you’re not special or interesting enough.I would like to say from my own perspectives it means self love is more than enough for you . You dont need someone to show you how to love.The earlier we all accept this , i think we’d be able to really understand love.

Love is not always blind , love don't fear , love can  be wicked , love  is patient, love overlooks, love doesn't really care.
