• The European Union has closed its borders for 30 days.

• The coronavirus has now infected more than 200,000 people and killed more than 8,000 globally, with over 83,000 people having recovered from the infection, according to data from Johns Hopkins University.

•    Italy has recorded  35,713 cases, 2,978 deaths , 4,025 recovered .

•     Nigeria has recorded five new cases of the virus        within the last 48 hours.

•      27 African countries has recorded 347 cases of           the virus.

•       WHO has declared the Coronavirus a pandemic .
