Is it love or is it lust?

Well Love is a deep feeling of affection that you have for another person. It's a lasting attraction that goes beyond the surface and turns into emotional attachment. Lust, on the other hand, is basically a physical attraction that leads to an overwhelming feeling of sexual desire thanks to a rush of hormones.
  
        If you've "fallen" for someone, how do you know it's the real deal or just a temporary phase? For instance, feelings of lust and love can be similar, but they may end up playing out differently down the road. Though it may be difficult, learning how to know whether you're in love or lust is important, as you can better judge the amount of energy, effort, and investment you may want to put into the relationship long-term. If you're simply in lust, you might not want to consider such a large commitment as you would with someone you see a potential future with or have a deep, emotional connection with.

1. How your brain reacts

     For example, the part of the brain triggered by lust happened to be the same area activated by pleasures like sex and food, while the area of the brain activated by love is more associated with behavioral conditioning and rewards

2. How much you share with each other

  "If you have a great sex life but lack emotional connection and can't open up," it may be lust and not love. If you're always up for sex but there is little interest in having conversations this is a sign of lust not love. When you love someone you should feel supported and be able to express your needs. If you never thought of it before, you should do so now.

3. How well you fantasize  about them : 

  if you find that you prefer the fantasy life over being honest and open about certain not-so-perfect realities of your relationship, this may not be love. "When you love someone there should be trust, honesty and communication,". If you find yourself constantly finding difficulties in opening up about a lot of things, its a sign its lust not love. 

4. Willing to try new things

   When you're in love with someone, you'll be inclined to try new or certain things, its a way of showing commitment, investment and exposure in that relationship.

  When the brain is open to Adventures and the idea of being spontaneous with your partner excites you , it means you're ready for the next step of something real and serious

     

5. How you feel about the person's flaws

  Love is staying and loving someone irrepective of how negative or positive the person can be sometimes or just to say accepting someone's negative and positive qualities . meanwhile lust is slowly losing interest while discovering the person's flaws
