Paul Pogba will be a Manchester United player next season - Ole Solskjaer dismisses exit rumors despite public spat with Pogba's agent

Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solksjaer has revealed that star player Paul Pogba won't be sold and he will remain a Manchester United player next season despite recent online spats made by Pogba's agent against Solksjaer and the club.

Pogba's multi-millionaire agent, Mino Raiola last month exchanged words with Solksjaer claiming that Pogba was being held against his will and that the player will reaccess his options this season despite not playing regularly due to an ankle injury.

Pogba who has two years left in his contract now reportedly wants a new contract but could stay at the club having seen first hand how good the club's football has been since the arrival of Bruno Fernandes and Odion Ighalo in January.
United were planning to sell him this summer to avoid losing a player they signed for a then record £89million in 2016 for free.

Pogba earns almost £300,000 per week at United but a new deal would take his earnings to around £400,000 per week.

When asked about Pogba's future after his side's 5-0 win over LASK in the first leg of their last-16 Europa League tie, Solskjaer said Paul Pogba will remain a Manchester United player next season.
'Paul's our player,' he said. He has two years left on his contract, a year plus the option of another. 'You can expect Paul to be here [next season], yeah.'
